Key Areas of Focus:
1. Kusikiliza na Kuzungumza (Listening and Speaking)
- Developing active listening skills through listening to stories, speeches, and instructions.
- Participating in group discussions, debates, and presentations.
- Practicing correct pronunciation and fluency in conversations.
- Engaging in role-playing activities, dramatization, and storytelling.
- Understanding different registers of language for formal and informal contexts.
2. Kusoma (Reading)
- Reading and understanding different types of texts, including stories, poems, articles, and advertisements.
- Identifying main ideas, supporting details, and the meaning of new vocabulary in context.
- Reading comprehension exercises, answering questions, and making inferences.
- Understanding the structure of different texts and how they communicate ideas.
3. Kuandika (Writing)
