Key Areas of Focus:
1. Kusikiliza na Kuzungumza (Listening and Speaking)
- Listening to stories, poems, and instructions for comprehension.
- Engaging in group discussions and role-play to build confidence in speaking Kiswahili.
- Practicing polite expressions and greetings in different contexts.
2. Kusoma (Reading)
- Reading and understanding simple texts, folktales, and poems.
- Answering comprehension questions based on the text.
- Identifying main ideas, supporting details, and sequence of events.
3. Kuandika (Writing)
- Writing short paragraphs, letters, and simple essays.
- Practicing neat handwriting and correct punctuation.
