The Lord Blunkett Widening Access Awards – University of Law
The Lord Blunkett Widening Access Awards aren’t exclusively focused on applicants’ ethnic background. They’re offered to 25 students whose “circumstances may otherwise prevent them from completing their studies” with the intent of promoting greater diversity in the workplace.
Eligibility criteria:
Applicants should have received an offer for a place at the University of Law’s undergraduate Criminology, Law or Policing courses and must have obtained a minimum of BBB at A Level (or equivalent).
Award amount:
Awards are worth £1,000 or more.
