Specialized in IT and Data roles within E-Tail markets. I was working within an agile scrum environment where I had targets for the morning and afternoon in terms of client calls, candidate calls, leads generated, jobs generated, CV sent out to current jobs and amount of PPP (People, Products and Places) information to retrieve from calls. These targets were always met and exceeded whilst having several jobs I was working on placing and doing market research. This meant that time management was key to make sure I progressed all jobs and that there were always several jobs in my pipeline all at different stages. I would also have to edit and format the CV’s candidates would send me to make sure all the relevant information for the role was in their CV and highlighted whilst making the CV more succinct and more presentable. I also had to write and post job ads on all job boards, search for candidates on job boards and used a CRM system (Itris) in order to log all my tasks and search for candidates. I’d also have daily/weekly/monthly targets for adding contacts into Itris so that I could send mailshots to clients to get new jobs and calls with candidates set up. Additionally I would constantly be active on LinkedIn to have a good online image and allow myself to be accessible for candidates and clients to reach out to. This would involve posting on LinkedIn around 2-3 times a week, reposting all the jobs and posts my colleagues would post, posting all the jobs I'm working currently and the use of an AI system called Linked Helper to automatically add and message hundreds of contacts who are hiring managers on LinkedIn.
