One Stop Scholarship Programme
We are pleased to be working alongside One Stop to support social mobility through the One Stop Scholarship programme for a second year.
The One Stop Scholarship Programme will support young people, who are self-supporting or from low income backgrounds, through University. Candidates will receive financial support and real life work experience throughout their studies while working towards a graduate role at One Stop.
What does the Scholarship Programme include?
The One Stop scholarship programme brings together the following elements of support:
Financial Assistance
A bursary of £15,000 over three years. This will be paid via an upfront payment at the start of the University course to support with essential purchases, followed by monthly instalments during term time. This support is applied for annually and is subject to continued engagement with the programme.
Real work experience
Two paid internships during University summer holidays in areas of future business growth – including online, technology and sustainability – with the opportunity to work alongside One Stop colleagues.
Business Mentor
Hands on mentoring and support from the One Stop Leadership team.
Who is eligible?
To be able to apply, applicants must:
- Live within two miles of a One Stop store in England and Wales
- Attend a state school
- Have been offered a place on a university degree course relevant to Online, Technology or Sustainability with your course to start in Autumn 2022.

- Computer Science
- Computing
- Business and Computing
- Mathematics
- Cybersecurity
- Software Engineering
- Environmental Science
- Sustainable Development
- Environmental Management
- Environment and Sustainability
