As part of Hate Crime Awareness week 9th – 16th October 2021. Nottingham Muslim Women’s Network in partnership with Nottingham City Council is holding an important conversation on “Racism, Misogyny and Hijab” 🧕🏽

Panels members will speak about their own experiences, challenges and how the term “Hijab” has now become a part of mainstream political discourse.

“My Hijab is not a tool of Eastern Misogyny, it’s a feminist symbol of self-determination”.
